Sketching

It all starts out with a sketch...

Cutting

Each piece is cut and grinded to the desired shape and size.
The stained glass is never painted, the color is burnt into the glass already at manufacturing.
As with all stained glass works e.g. churches and so forth, the durability is thousands of years!!

Grinding

Each piece is grinded and finished thoroughly.
Maximum tolerance is less than 0.08 inches.
